Over the past 105 days, we crossed the world. 10 countries, 3 continents, one ship. But the biggest distance wasn’t physical. It was internal.

At the start, I thought this experience would be about seeing the world. And it was, just not in the way I expected. It forced me to sit in discomfort and realize how small my perspective was. To see how differently people live, think, struggle, and find joy.

Some moments didn’t make sense right away. They challenged what I thought I understood about people, privilege, and what really matters. Those are the ones that stayed with me. I started to see how quickly we label things as “normal” or “different,” when really, it just depends on where you’re standing. This experience stripped a lot away. Assumptions, expectations, even parts of who I thought I was. And in that, it made space to rebuild something more real.

Not perfect.
Not finished.
But more aware.

And throughout all that I also learned a lot about myself too. I jumped out of a plane. I ran a half marathon. I pushed myself in ways I didn’t think I could. And most importantly, I did what once felt impossible - Voyage 137

I’m leaving with more questions than answers, and that feels right. Growth doesn’t come from certainty. It comes from being willing to question everything you thought you knew.

Thank you to my family giving me such an opportunity and for pushing me toward this. And thank you, Voyage 137, for reshaping more than just my passport.
