LIFT

Elite rushers don’t just have one move. They always have a secondary rush ready to work. The lift is a great secondary rush option.

This works vs blockers who get their hand up around your head and neck area. Make a U with your hand, keep the elbow in tight, grab the wrist or elbow, in one smooth and powerful motion lift it up and away, rotate the shoulders and crossover step simultaneously.

Start by isolating the lift to get the motion, then work it smooth off your primary rush move, then put it on tape on gameday!

ARM DRAG

Elite rushers don’t just have one move. They always have a secondary rush ready to work. The arm drag is a great secondary rush option.

This works vs blockers who lean and get their hand lower on your chest. Trap their upper arm, grab the wrist or elbow, pull down and away to slingshot yourself through, rotate the shoulders and crossover step simultaneously.

Start drilling just the arm drag to get the motion, then build it off your primary rush move, then show it off on gameday!
