🌲Our first EPS Practice Session is in the books.

We had six shooters join us for our inaugural session as we worked through the new format and gathered feedback.

The program utilizes two bays:

🔹 Flat Range Bay – Practice isolated skills such as draws, reloads, transitions, movement, and marksmanship.

🔹 Stage Bay – Apply those skills on a practical shooting stage.

Our next public practice session will be in August. July is a busy month at Evergreen, so we’ll use the remaining weeks to continue training our volunteer Range Officers and refining the program.

Beginning in August, public practice sessions will expand from 10 to 20 shooters.

Thank you to everyone who participated and to our volunteer Range Officers for helping launch the program.

Stages are up for tomorrow’s USPSA match at Evergreen. Big thank you to the crew that showed up and put in the work to make this happen.

Shout out to our match sponsors: @zeroedammo, @tjohnsonhomesllc, @hall_z16 & @dropbury, and also @sportingsystems2.0 who supported us with a super deep discount a year ago on the Texas Star and mini poppers you’ll be swearing at tomorrow.

See you on the range.

Recently spent a wonderful week in Outer Banks with (almost) the entire family. Only missing two siblings and three grandkids but everyone else made it! Incredibly grateful for these memories.
