We are already working on a vinyl plan for these tunes and looking forward to recording a full length record and doing more shows in the future. We are so pleased to announce the first of 5 NEW songs is up and available digitally today! Some streaming sites are still filtering in but it is live on Spotify. This is the only cover of the bunch (by the great Warren Zevon) and we will release 1 or 2 songs a week for the next couple weeks. All songs produced by Johnny Rioux, recorded at @thirdcoastrecordingco with the talented John Stephens as engineer and in Boston from Johnny, and mixed and mastered by the legend @tjriverastudio . We were trying to capture the sound and spirit of another time while still keeping it fresh and we couldn’t be happier with the results of all 5 new songs! Pete Cardoso @ghosttownstudio killed it on the art as he has done for us and so many others for the last 25 years and we are still so grateful for his time and talents! Each song will have its own art, 3 from Pete, and 2 from another talent @yo_yo_yosef and our plan is to release this all on vinyl as an EP with prints of the art of each song. Special thanks to John at third coast, TJ Rivera, Pete Cardoso, Yo Yo Yosef, our friend Casey Daron for the help with social media content and backups along with our homie Ryan Taylor of @libertyandjusticeofficial for the backup skillz. We funded this project ourselves and couldn’t have done it without all your help and talents and are so grateful.
