Got our first Lab Session under our belt. It was great play testing @playbuggedout from @_hasanijones_ & getting to okay around in touch designer and hearing more of the vision from @akilxcooper. I know it’s a pretty late post but Happy Thanksgiving y’all!! 🦃🦃

I hope you all spend time with loved ones, friends, family, significant other, etc and I also hope y’all had amazing dinner regardless if y’all had the big bird turkey or not. I am super thankful for everyone that supported me through the entirety of this year. It was really the most turbulent time of my time. I graduated from college, had to say goodbye to the idea of going to school and while I have my end goal of working in animation figured out, I’m admittedly going through an existential crisis about how should I approach the first steps of the real world. Here’s hoping the future goes well for all of us!!💖💖💖

A great first meet up with the Summer 2023 Upstart Team at Food Gallery 32! We are UpStart, a virtual Animation Production Studio that develops member scripts, assets, animatics and animation. We are comprised of student volunteers. The teams and tasks assigned correspond to real-world production environments and workflows. Our objective is to provide members professional level work experience and skill development as well as creating outstanding professional work. Can’t wait to share the work our amazing team has been putting together.

I’m a day late but, it’s been real, FIT! These past 5 years have been challenging but rewarding, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So proud of our talented class, all of y’all are gonna do amazing things! Thank you to all of you who were there for the ride, and I’m looking forward to the next chapter. Happy grad ☆

Welp todays the day where I can call myself a college graduate from FIT. Being in the animation BFA program really was a journey. Met a lot of fantastic friends and I’m forever grateful of sharing these memories of being in the program with them. Even though we had a lot of assignments being thrown to us from left to right, especially with the first semester of the program and thesis dominating our last two semesters, we still pulled it through and it worked out successfully. This program really did taught me to not worry about taking new challenges in life and the key to success is to know that there’s always going to be people that’ll help you through an obstacle you’ll face in life. Thank you all for these amazing two years

Overall I wanna say to thank you to my professors, family and all of my friends regardless they were in the program or outside for giving me the motivation to keep moving forward strong. I’m really going to miss sharing the same room as you guys. Hopefully we’ll be able to keep in touch and meet up for a get together again! I wish you the best of luck for your future 💖

Next is our awesome vice president and treasurer, Thomas. He’s been a big part to 3D club. Last semester he led all of the 3D printing workshops, there is much more to come this semester!

Thomas is currently a senior in the computer animation major(AIMGD). He’ll be sharing with you all his senior thesis coming May so stay tuned!
