-Tin Type made with Silver and Light-

Not often do we get to be blown away with image making technology. This craft was invented 175 years ago in 1851 and has an emotional element that is rarely felt.

Kyle invited me into his studio during my road trip travels to experience his new found love.

I highly recommend following his page and if you ever find yourself in proximity to his pop ups, GET ONE.

“I really enjoy this, it’s nice just sending it into the abyss with something new”

It's been a journey to get to a place where I feel confident in this medium, but after a long road of trial and error happy to announce I'll be posting more wetplate, cyanotype, collodion and chemical based art over at @tk.blackglass

I'll have a site and art for sale in the coming months, as well as some announcements on events starting in June, but feel free to follow along on that page. Thanks to everyone whose been supportive along the way, appreciate all of you.
