+1 Olympia in the books! 💪 Almost five years in the fitness industry, and I’m still learning nonstop.

Events are a big part of what we do, and honestly, one of my favourite parts of the job. You can spend so much time behind a laptop that you forget how good it feels to get out there and connect with the people who make this whole thing matter.

Behind the scenes, it’s planning, collaborating, pivoting… and getting your steps in while solving five things at once. 😂 A lot goes into these few days, and I love being part of bringing it all to life.

And then there are our athletes. Seeing up close how much heart and hard work goes into their journey is something I’ll never take for granted. There’s so much more to their stories than what happens on stage, and getting to help share a little of that with the world is one of the most special parts of what I do. 🫶

I could write a whole essay about this week, but I’ll spare you the extra scrolling. 😂 Grateful for the people, the moments, and the memories. Proud to play my part in it all.

Now it’s time to breathe, recharge, and give my feet a break. 🫶

Little reflection moment.

To get this opportunity providing content for one of the biggest supplement brands in the industry is a dream. Full circle moment as my very first big gig was filming @mzprettymuscle at @westcoastiron and here we are 3.5 years later. (Last pic from 3.5 years ago)

Both ladies, @ranyatemizkan and @mzprettymuscle were beyond incredible allowing myself and @cassondrathorpee to be part of their show weekend with a camera in their face, truly an incredible inside look at their lives.

@tolga_the_orca thank you for also allowing us to capture that husband/coach dynamic within your space. Couldn't be more grateful to have captured these moments.

And of course @cassondrathorpee for capturing these pics as well as keeping my ass organized, ensuring these ladies got their moment.

And of course talking nerd stuff and filming a quick sit down with @fit_lolamontez but soon we'll be able to get the fun stuff!

Also @mzprettymuscle may I get a pic with you next time maybe? 😅

Now we do it all again but bigger in 3 weeks 🤘🏼

Bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint, Im sure you have heard that a million times but it couldn’t be more true.

Love this edit @klrnr_media put together showing my stage progress since my first show in 2019. Been through a lot of setbacks the last 7 years but I never took my eyes off the prize, and the best is still yet to come!
