The end of an era!

Looking back, I can proudly say that throughout my career, I remained true to myself and did it unapologetically my own way. Now, I have the privilege of walking away on my own terms as an Olympian. I look back with so much pride at all I have accomplished and overcome. I hold immense gratitude for the lifelong friendships formed along the way. Skating has made me so much more than just an Olympian or National champion; it has shaped the woman I am today.

To the people who walked this crazy path with me, I am forever grateful for the memories we created—not just the big moments, but all those little ones day in and day out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Skating will forever have my heart, and I’m eager to see where my future in it lies as I step to the other side of the barrier into coaching!

‘What a day’ the last 20 years have been. 🫡

2 time British Champion 🏆 🥺

A little over 5 weeks ago, I decided I wanted to give this a shot after 5.5 months off from training and still without full function in my left calf muscle. I knew I would not be ‘ready’ in the way I had been in previous years and I had no idea what to expect from myself coming into the championships but I couldn’t be prouder to be back on the ice, feeling ready to put myself back out there and feeling that spark again.

Thank you to my team who have supported me and stood with me through every moment. What a privilege it is to walk this path with you ❤️🦕
