Some weddings hit a little differently. 🤍

This time, Lauren wasn’t behind the camera with us. She was in front of it.

Sophia Bella and I had the incredible privilege of being alongside Lauren & Pres’s wedding day. Lauren has photographed so many love stories alongside us at Tkshotz, but getting to document hers was something I’ll never forget.

There were a lot of emotions behind the cameras that day.

2025, what a year. 🤍

As we close this chapter, we’re filled with gratitude.

This year we had the privilege of capturing
📸 61 wedding photography stories
🎥 23 wedding films
✨ 54 @pureportraitbooth photo booth experiences
🎞️ Super 8 films and film scans that brought timeless stories back to life

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

We introduced our nostalgic enclosed photo booth, and watching it become a crowd favorite was pure magic. Seeing it go on to win Best Photo Booth by Avenue Magazine made the year even sweeter. As well as our 5th Best Photography vendor is an honor we don’t take lightly.

What truly matters, though, isn’t how many weddings we captured. It’s the incredible couples and families who trusted us with their once-in-a-lifetime moments. Every laugh, tear, dance floor moment, and quiet in-between second is why we do this.

This year also marked an exciting evolution for our team. We proudly added Taras exclusively, strengthening our creative foundation, and welcomed Nathan, whose video experience and storytelling approach brought a new depth to our films.

Being one of the most trusted teams in Calgary, Banff, and Canmore since 2007 means everything to us. Trust is earned, and we’re endlessly thankful.

Here’s to more love, more stories, and more unforgettable moments in 2026. ✨
