Part 2 ✨

I could not have gotten through this without my family and friends and especially my t2 fam! They showed up pushed me and never let me feel any kind of way but bad ass🔥💪🏽

My trainers never told me to sit it out or not to lift. they knew what to do if I needed to modify and they knew I would scale back if needed. So thank you to @t2sportsperformance for never making me feel any less of an athlete during this journey!

It’s crazy how our bodies and mind work together. It was my last workout, we popped champagne and then I went into labor.

We labored through the night T home but some reason having babies and my body don’t work the best so we kept our scheduled c section and had our beautiful baby boy the next day.

Ladies I’m here to tell you a couple of things. You don’t have to enjoy your pregnancy. You can workout and keep your routine. Just listen to your body. You are strong and one bad ass mama. Keep going babe.

Part 1 ✨

We have not publicly shared our pregnancy journey much and since our little snuggle bug is going to be 6 months soon why not! 💁🏽‍♀️

We were absolutely thrilled when we finally got those two pink lines we had been praying for.

Nothing could have prepared us for the journey we were about to embark on. While I was so excited to be pregnant it was the WORST.

I was sick everyday in the first trimester I couldn’t even keep water down. My workouts, my job, my life all took a hit because I had no energy to do more than what I needed to do.

2nd trimester I had a small window of relief 😂 until I didn’t. I continued getting sick again not as severe as before but still at least 1x a day.

I continued my crazy ass workouts because I knew I mentally needed it.

Y’all let me tell you 😂😂 it’s hard to not post all your fun pregnancy workouts when you are not telling the world you are preggo!!

Anyway part 2 coming up next 🤪
