Happy Birthday to our beautiful queen, Jenna! ❤️

Some people have a way of making others feel stronger, brighter, and more loved just by being who they are. Jenna, you are one of those people.

You give so much of yourself to others. You encourage them when they need it most, remind them of their strength, and help them believe in what’s possible. Through your kindness, your courage, your big heart, and the way you show up for others, you make a difference in more lives than you may ever truly know.

Today, we hope you feel that same love coming right back to you. We hope you feel celebrated, appreciated, and reminded of just how special you are. You spend so much time pouring into others, and today, we hope your heart is filled with even a little of the joy you bring into the world every single day.

You are loved more than words can say, Jenna, and we are so grateful the world has you in it. May this new year of life bring you beautiful moments, deep joy, unexpected blessings, and all the love your heart can hold. ✨

Can you help us make our queen feel EXTRA loved today? 👑

Share a birthday wish, a favorite memory, or a few words from your heart in the comments. Let’s fill this space with love and remind Jenna just how much she means to all of us. ❤️

Tomorrow, this room comes alive.

A room full of reformers. A room full of instructors ready to learn, connect, question, practice, and become even better at what they do.

I get to teach SMART FLOW: Energizing the Pilates Experience at the Pilates Journal Expo, then join the From Instructor to CEO panel.

Honestly, I am pinching myself.

STOTT PILATES has shaped the way I teach, think, move, and lead. I am incredibly proud to represent this method and share what I have learned with the larger Pilates community.

Huge thank you to Pilates Journal for creating a space where educators, instructors, and studio owners can learn from one another and keep raising the standard of our industry.

If you are here, come say hi. And tell me below, what makes a Pilates class unforgettable for you?

A recap of the most magical week🧚‍♀️

There is something truly special about a room full of people who are passionate about the same mission.

At the Merrithew Global Summit, we didn’t just learn—we inspired each other 🌍🌟

To my role models, partners, colleagues and new friends: thank you for reminding me why I do what I do.

Together, we are defining the future of mindful movement 💫🧘

Some of the best decisions of my life started with me
Underqualified…
feeling nervous…
Unsure if I belonged in the room.

Over 20 years later, I’m still blown away by where STOTT Pilates has taken me.

Not just the career.
Not just the ability to do work I deeply love.

But the PEOPLE.

The friendships.
The conversations between sessions.
The instructors from all over the world who care so deeply about helping others heal, grow, move, and feel stronger in their bodies.

So grateful to attend the STOTT Pilates North American Symposium and spend time learning from some of the best instructors and educators across North America.

Every time I attend something like this, I leave sharper.
More inspired.
More connected.
More excited to keep growing.

Being around people who are still hungry to learn after YEARS in the industry is one of the most motivating things in the world.

You never outgrow learning.
You never outgrow community.
You never regret betting on yourself.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to take a training…
Start teaching…
Or grow your skills more deeply…

This is your sign.

Comment PILATES if becoming an instructor or continuing your education has ever crossed your mind. I’d love to help point you in the right direction.
