There's time, we make time for whats important to us. So instead of choosing to do things that either have a negative impact or zero impact on your life, switch them to a positive impact. Go to the gym, learn a new skill, Foster better relationships.

Weekly Update: We got better this week.

Weight: 211.4

Training: 4 days

Macros: 240p 300c 67f

Cardio: 4x 20

Call a spade a spade, I’m fluffy.

On the bright side, I trained 4 times pretty hard for the first time in 16 weeks so that was a good thing.

This week was full of chaos between the gyms, clients, family, and stupid people being themselves. Luckily, @herford_rise and I live for solving problems that shouldn’t be problems and love re-work….🫠.

Things are good though. My kids are healthy, my business family is good, and we haven’t used any bail money in a long time. I’d say that’s growth 😎.

The most used phrase of the week “you can’t give what you don’t have.”

This applies to every aspect of life. You can’t give love, happiness, joy, direction, discipline, leadership, faith, or standards if you don’t process them. I said it to almost everyone I talked to this week which shows yiy the kind of week it was.

Back to the physique….

Plan is to recomp, rebound, grow, then see what I look like around 192 🤮.
