Loved going to the @bbtg.la Fall Mixer at @tltfc sponsored by Sullivan Compliance Company, Prize and Promotion Insurance, and @ionocotech! Always love seeing all my friends from the game show industry at these events and I can’t wait for the next event in the spring!

Tennis, but make it Italian. 🇮🇹🎾

Loved having @uomosport at Toluca Lake Tennis and getting a first look at the new collection.

Soft, lightweight, clean, and actually made to move in — exactly how tennis clothes should feel.

Definitely found a few new favorites. 👀

What’s actually in my tennis bag? 🎾

Aside of the obvious tennis rackets, i get too excited about my mix of on-court essentials, recovery, skincare, and a few things I refuse to leave home without.

What’s the one thing you always keep in your tennis bag?

Grateful to be leading my second workshop at Toluca Lake Tennis Club @tltfc on Saturday September 12th, from 12:15-1:30 pm. Come and learn how to protect our most mobile joint (the shoulder joint) and the role the rotator cuff muscles play. Looking forward to it!

✨ Come train with me at one of Los Angeles’ best-kept secrets… @tltfc Toluca Lake Tennis & Fitness Club. 🌿

If you’re looking for a welcoming, inclusive community instead of a big corporate gym, this place is something special. The staff, the members, and the sense of family here are a big part of why I love teaching and training in this space. 🤎

🧘🏽‍♀️ Group Yoga
• Thursdays | 10:00 AM
• Saturdays | 11:00 AM

Looking for something more personalized? I also offer private:
✨ Fitness Training
✨ Yoga
✨ Pilates
✨ Aquatic Fitness Sessions

Whether you’re recovering, getting stronger, improving mobility, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’d love to support your journey.

📍The best part? You do NOT have to be a club member to train privately with me.

Come experience this hidden gem, meet an incredible community, and let’s move your body in a way that feels empowering, sustainable, and fun. See you soon! 💛

Pitching in to help raise money for local Fire Station 86. Lots of time sacrificed before - meetings, coordination and working hard day of.

The Toluca Lake Chamber and @lafd_firehouse86 greatly appreciated each and everyone who contributed.

We have amazing sponsors like @nbcuniversal @thecraigstronggroup @logixsmarterbanking and phenomenal community members like @redmaplegelato @priscillascoffee @destinyhome.health @britta.engstrom who served with time, sweat and finances. (There’s too many to name here but visit @tolucalakechamber to see everyone who made this possible).

It’s a lot of work putting this together and we cannot raise money for this fire station without help from all of you.

If you missed it this year, come next year. Always Fire Appreciation Day in May.
