Education is at the heart of what we do. Our @ztreadz treadmills are a tool and tools can be used incorrectly. Our coaches pride themselves in making sure every one of our athletes understands how to use the tools available to us in the correct way so we can help them move better fazter ⚡️🏃‍♂️

Tommy
30Fly 10 = 20.7
ZtreadZ -> 20.7 @ 5% (6s)

5Fly 10 = 16.4mph
ZtreadZ -> 16.4mph @ 18% (6s)

Here’s Coach Tommy testing tread speed equivalent inclines where the athlete has to apply the necessary forces to overcome speed and gravity/resistance for up to 6s in the Alactic and Fast Glycolytic energy systems according to Newton’s Third Law to match their ground speeds on that specific day.

You’ll see he’s able to sustain his acceleration velocity at a much higher incline than Coach Ridge (18% vs. 13%), which is more muscular force-driven than elastic (even though both are involved for all runs at varying ratios).

His ability to SOLVE this PROBLEM in REAL-TIME by OPTIMIZING his BIO-MECHANICAL EFFICIENCY and OVERRIDING his GOVERNOR tells us he can IMPROVE his EARLY PHASE VELOCITY METRICS (and TOP END VELOCITY as a byproduct) with BETTER FORCE DIRECTION VECTORS during the ACCELERATION PHASE on the GROUND.

Ie, armed with this information, we know Coach Tommy can and will be able to hit 17 MPH on his 5Fly 10 with the right strategy (MORE PROJECTION) and a NEW PR near 22 MPH on MaxV. We will post a follow up with how it goes.

This is why SOLVING MOVEMENT PROBLEMS at MAX VELOCITIES across a RANGE of PRECISELY and INTENTIONALLY PRESCRIBED INCLINES and SPEEDS UNIQUE to EACH ATHLETE ON THAT DAY is GAME CHANGING for ATHLETICIZM and PERFORMANZE ENHANZEMENT and EACH INDIVIDUAL’S UNIQUENESS and SPORT SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES.

We’ll repeat testing with tools from @thedavidweck and @weckmethod , such as the ProPulse Power vest, a staple in our speed training for audible and kinesthetic feedback and CNS sensory effects during max velocities.

We’re testing with all of our coaches and the results are fascinating in that they are proving to be predictable based on the type of movers they are (ie, kinematic profiling according to James Wild quadrants using outputs from @universalspeedrating @les7spellman and @kenclarkspeed video analysis tools in USR based on ground contact and flight time). We’ll also be correlating these outcomes to AERIALS/TERRESTRIALS according to @motorpreferencesexperts assessments.

Landmine training just hitZ different with the @spannfitness bar⚡️And that’s why this is the bar of choice for ubrZati athletes‼️

Built to give athletes more options to load, rotate, press, drive, and produce force, making it a powerful tool to help our athletes develop strength and explosiveness

From rotational power to unilateral strength, upper-body pressing, and lower-body force production, it allows us to train movement qualities that actually transfer to sport.

Stronger athletes. More force. More explosiveness. Better movement.

That’s what we’re chaZing. ⚡️
