Be careful it's extremely addicting

This was back in August 2022! I was invited by my Aunt Tracy and Uncle Mark. I dragged Cher along! Also two of their friends came as well. So there were 6 of us and 2 dogs. This was just above Devils Postpile. There's a vast network of alpine lakes. Instead of peak bagging we were lake bagging on this trip. Definitely some amazing lakes on this. Most of them didn't seem real. The one with the tiny island with trees was so insane. I think this was a 4 day 3 night trip. We moved camp like twice and would day hike to different lakes. This goes down in my top 10 maybe top 5 outdoor experiences. Just keep stacking these and life be okay! Thank you Mark and Tracy

July 2021 Vermillion Valley Resort to Pioneer Basin

This was sort of my 1st backpacking trip. @tmax911 and @markfmaxwell invited me out for this 4 day backpacking trip. I think I had borrowed a backpack from Mark and got a cheap tent on Amazon. I still didn't have all the gear and was trying to figure out what worked for me. VVR or Vermillion Valley Resort is a very popular spot for JMT/PCT hikers to resupply, shower and have a hot meal. Also they can pay for a room. This trail starts off at Lake Edison which has a ferry that will take the length of the lake certain times of the year. The ferry was down that year because the water was too low. We headed East across the Sierras where we stayed 3 nights. I ended up going on a solo day hike day 3 to Pioneer Basin Lakes where I experienced some beautiful things.
