Last night and this morning, we initiated 17 new brothers including our fall pledge class and special initiate Teddy Ferguson. We are honored to welcome Teddy to the same brotherhood that his late father, Martin (1986 initiate) is a part of. In the bonds, brothers! ΦΦ #PIKE #Scholars #Leaders #Athletes #Gentlemen

We have so much to be thankful for in 2019, especially our whole #AFAmily. NONE of these moments would have been possible without you all! We can’t wait to see what 2020 brings!

Crunched for time or need to add in some extra conditioning after your workout?! Do “Chel’s Circuit” when you come into AFA! Increase your intensity? Grab a heavier KB or run faster! It’s that simple! 11yr veteran “Shhhmm”@maddie_moffett smashed the workout as “Always, Ready, Steady”@tmayerferg tags along with the run. #AFAmily #AFAstrong #KISS

So, World Autism Day seems like the perfect opportunity to thank you all for welcoming, accepting and nurturing the different and differently abled among us, including yours truly.

Every gym talks about how they are different, but I haven’t run across any place that walks their talk like AFA does, and, in the end, it’s down to the people. We have a building full of great leaders who also know how to follow - servants who lead with their hearts.

If you ever find yourself wondering whether there is anything to this #AFAmily stuff, just know that you’re making a difference in someone’s life everyday, just by showing up and being there with some advice, encouragement or the right high five at the right time.

Thanks for being badass, Teddy Ferguson!
