“My mission in life is to become the best possible version of myself in order to keep spreading my knowledge and understanding of the human body with all the people who also wish to step into the best possible version of themselves.”

Today on Soul Sessions, Toma @___tomaklar @tmlphysio shared with us how her healing journey that began when she moved to Barcelona led her to seeing the beauty of living in a strong body and inspired her to help others see and live this too.

Toma also shared with us how her work as a physical therapist leads her to learning more holistic approaches to healing in her day-to-day.

Feet from Desire ~ Mobility & Foot Health with @___tomaklar 🌱✨

The next workshop in our “Stepping into Spring” workshop series in collaboration with @vivobarefootgermany is coming up on Saturday, April 27th.

This workshop will be guided by physical therapist & embodiment educator, Toma, who will help us learn about the “foot-body-brain connection”.

In this workshop, you will experience and learn about movement patterns designed to optimize your sensory cortex through balance and strength modalities, which will train the muscles of the feet and the body overall.

You may find that the techniques taught here can alleviate both physical discomfort and mental stress when dealing with issues related to:

•Neck pain
•Lower back tension
•Knee & Hips
•Digestive system
•Breathing
•Pelvic floor
