Well, the time has come. Today, I sign out from @hitmansbar one last time.

This was a job I never expected to have. In fact, I never even applied for it. My good friend @chettymichaels knew I was a huge wrestling fan and needed a cook he could rely on. A little over a year later, I found myself wearing the title of Head Chef—a journey I never saw coming, but one I'll always be grateful for.

Along the way, I've made incredible friends, met amazing regulars, and created memories that I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.

To the management team, thank you for believing in my abilities and trusting both my culinary experience and my passion for professional wrestling. Your confidence in me meant more than you know.

To the Hart family, thank you for welcoming me in and trusting me to help represent the Hart legacy. It was an honour I will never take for granted.

And finally, thank you to @brethitmanhart . You were my childhood hero long before I ever stepped into Hitman's Bar. Having the opportunity to meet you, share stories, and cook for you, your family, and your fans is something I'll cherish forever. You truly are The Best There Is, The Best There Was, and The Best There Ever Will Be.

To everyone who walked through those doors—thank you for making this chapter one I'll never forget.

Until our paths cross again,

Chef Kay ✌️
