When most people picture a women's retreat, they picture charcuterie boards and spa treatments.

Root to Bloom isn't that.

It's nervous system medicine.

It’s #girltherapy.

The women who came weren't just tired from a hard week.

They were exhausted at a cellular level — running on stress hormones, disconnected from their bodies, unable to remember the last time they felt at rest.

What we created in Nosara was an environment where their nervous systems could actually regulate & harmonize.

The breathwork. The somatic movement. The sound healing. The land. The sisterhood.

"This retreat brought me out of constant fight or flight and back into a deep peace and knowing that is always present in my body." — Katie

That's not a vacation result.
That's a deep healing result.

2027 details are coming soon — including a payment plan that makes it more accessible than you think.

I still don’t fully have words yet for co-hosting this retreat in the magical lands in Nosara.

The week is still alive in my nervous system — I can feel the ocean in my body, the breathwork moving through me, the faces of the women in circle burned beautifully into my memory.

Here’s what I can tell you right now:

14 women came into this retreat feeling tired, drained, stuck, and terrified.

Every single one of them left feeling full. Grounded. Recharged. Like themselves again — maybe for the first time in years.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One woman told me she was “finally able to welcome in stillness after being in survival for so long”.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another said she “found her voice and her confidence again as a woman.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Another told me she’s “leaving as a different person than who she came in as.”

That’s what happened in one week in Nosara.

I’m going to share more over the next few weeks — the experiences, the moments, what made it work, what we’re doing differently next year.

For now, I just wanted you to know: it was absolutely EPIC

ANDDDD we’re doing it again!

More soon. Stay tuned!

MY RETREATS CHANGE LIVES

C O S M I C V A C A T I O N
June 30th - July 3rd

Join me and @yancyscotschwartz this summer in the vortex of Joshua Tree!
You are guaranteed a profound human experience, just listen to what our previous guests had to say…

On this retreat you will be exposed to a multi-layered and dimensional duality through various types of physical movement, mental fortitude, thoughtful programming, grounded meditations and community engagement. Think: copious amounts of yoga, breath work and meditation, sound healing, salt water pool, cold plunge therapy, hot tub, cooking class and more! Not to mention, we will be nourished with delicious food by the one and only @lallamina_la.

It’s always such an honor to share these moments. Creating magical experiences and witnessing the growth of my students is what lights me up! This retreat was intentionally crafted to harmoniously support you in stepping into whatever your next chapter is with ease and grace. You will flourish in the full scope of this outer worldly experience.

We have a few shared spots remaining and I would love to overflow this experience with a curated community of like minded people who want to celebrate life because it’s so precious and we know that everything can change in a moment.

My retreats are life changing. I see it time and time again. Guests always leave with more than they ever expected. Some arrive with mental blockages, heartbreak and things they’re letting go of. Others may be creating and building on an idea or project that’s being birthed. The group container is a loving support system to help each other ascend.

I invite you to continue on your path of Yogic exploration with me and take the leap on a life changing retreat. You will leave this experience with feelings of equanimity and balance. Immerse yourself in the transformative healing nature of the Mojave desert as we fine tune our practices, reinforce our strengths, renew our power and together, vibrate higher.

YOGA RETREATS LOOK LIKE THIS 🤌🏼

In 2017 I started hosting yoga retreats and wellness experiences because I wanted to create something that I would go to! There was lots of stuff out there, but for me there was nothing that seemed to have an all encompassing lifestyle that went far beyond the yoga mat. So I built what I wanted!

Over the last 6 years I have had the honor and pleasure of curating and producing TWENTY TWO wellness experiences all over the world.

My life’s work is to bring community together through movement, music, food, human connection and shared experience. I create activations and environments that make you feel at home. I host experiences that bring people together with whom you feel you’ve lived lifetimes with.

This next retreat is no different.

Happy International Women’s Day to all my sisters out there. The future is female and it’s beautiful. Together we can support and lift each other up to become our highest and best selves. Im a strong woman because I was raised by strong women. My mom, my grandmother and great grandmother who endured WW2, survived and thrived. I carry their strength with me each day and when I want to quit or give up I draw on their strengths. Let’s celebrate all the strong and brave women who paved the way for us and continue to pave the way for us. Here are a few of my personal Sheros from the past. #ruthbaderginsburg #cocochanel #ameliaearhart #rosaparks #janegoodall #billiejeanking #simonedebeauvoir And here are my modern day sheros who inspire, lift up support and champion for all women. @kamalaharris @staceyabrams @iris.apfel @helenmirren @saghdashloo @fairtaleghana for all her work with the strong and amazing women of Ghana and of course all my female friends around the globe. I hold you each up and in my heart today and everyday. #internationalwomensday #iwd2021 #strongwomen #equality #thefutureisfemale #femaleempowerment #womansupportingwomen #womansday #womenempowerment #sisterhood #shero #becauseyoureworthit

Third time is a charm! I have pulled this card three times in the past five days. Yes I know it’s been rough as I in my ❤️ I feel the gratitude, the joy the bliss All of it
——————————————————-
Yet it have to work it a bit more, i realized I need more nature time, rest time, prayer time, dance time to keep the goods bubbling up. I believe there is a collective consciousness and that is part of my responsibility to keep positive vibrations going, flowing yet of course in human life it is not always blue skies so sometimes when I feel a bit off the flow I doubt myself. I like to believe that we all vibrate at different paces and when some of us are down others vibe higher to rise us and viceversa ☀️☀️☀️. Do you feel@the same way? ❤️. Thank you all@of you that with your intentions continue to support us. @ammatoli your food fed my soul! @wmonaco thank you for ordering an extra color kit because u wanted to help our shop! Thank you for all of you teaching beautiful classes, sending messages and putting your magic out there i feel it 🌸 #feelgood #goodvibrations #chainreaction #quarentine #positiveenergy #riseeachotherup #energyflow #manifest #atune #gracias
