Cambridge MA / Lund Sweden Photographer / Entrepreneur - Ask me about Teleportation Hour

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One particular insight from my mentor, Minna Hu's story, deeply resonated with me.

In 2018, Minna and her husband made a life-changing decision: she left her job in Silicon Valley to focus on building their real estate and hospitality businesses while also caring for their two toddlers.

Coincidentally, during that same year, JPaul and I made a significant choice too – we decided not to pursue the offered managerial positions in our full-time jobs. Instead, we embraced entrepreneurship, we went on exploring new opportunities.

When we ventured into this new path, we understood the importance of discussing our cash flow and assessing how long it could sustain our needs.

However, life threw us a curveball with the unexpected pandemic 😅, resulting in a devastating 95-99% loss of our investments. Meanwhile, Minna and her husband thrived in their hospitality ventures.

How amazing life journeys can turn out, right? But the lessons learned from both successes and challenges are so so valuable.

Minna's story has inspired me and JPaul to keep pushing forward, adapting to unforeseen circumstances, and always striving for growth.🔥

Thank you Mitch @tntd for giving my mentor Minna the opportunity to share her very inspiring story to our Teleportation Hour community.

It’s Halloween!

We go through the tradition of trick or treating, watching horror films, what about books? What have you read that sent a shiver down your spine? Maybe kept you up for several nights? Perhaps, it gave you that cathartic feeling of defeating evil.
We would love to hear all about it, after all it is halloween, the day for ghouls and ghosts.

Join us for our BookAholics Pop Up Halloween special.

Here it is, our next book for BookAholics Anonymous. "Klara and the sun" was brought up at almost every meeting, we figure it's time to dive into it.

See you all at our next BookAholics meeting in 2 weeks! More than enough time to finish the book. 😊
