For the past two years, we’ve been through a lot good days, hard days, lessons, setbacks, and moments that tested both of us. But through it all, there was one thing I never did give up on you.

I’ve watched you grow from a kid trying to find his way into a young man learning how to create his own path. Now you’re in college, starting a new chapter and finding your own way.

I’m proud of how far you’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where you’re going. Keep your head up, stay humble, work hard, and never forget that someone will always believe in you and be in your corner.

This is your journey now. Go make something great out of it. 💙📶🙏🏽

SPEED SCHOOL IS BACK

If speed is the thing holding you back on the field or court, it’s time to train it.

Speed isn’t just something you’re born with. It’s a skill that can be taught, trained, and improved.

Our 6-Week Fall Speed School is built to help athletes improve acceleration, develop better sprint mechanics, build explosive power, and get faster where it matters: in their sport.

Led by the Speed Demon himself, Coach Andrew.

October 14 – November 21
Wednesdays @ 7 PM | Saturdays @ 12 PM
1x or 2x per week options

DM us “SPEED” for details and registration.

All glory to God for my first college basketball offer, something I have prayed and worked for. Thank you to @coach_natehughes and @buf.mbb for believing in me, and to all my coaches for helping me prepare.

End of an era. 🏀❤️

Ryder has been playing AAU basketball since he was 8 years old, and today he’ll play his final two AAU games as he heads into his senior year.

And this mama is definitely feeling it. 🥹

AAU has been quite the journey—gyms all over Florida and around the country, early mornings, late nights, road trips, hotel rooms, wins, losses, teammates who became friends, and a LOT of tournament entrance fees. 😂

The Christmas break of his 8th grade year, Ryder got a text from a friend asking him to come to a TNT tryout. Less than 48 hours later, he was invited to join TNT Elite 2027.

Four years later, here we are. ❤️

We will forever be grateful for Coach Ro, Coach Nick, Coach Aubrey, Coach DJ and especially Coach Gerrod, who has been Ryder’s head coach for the last three years and so much more. He has been a consistent, faith-centered man Ryder could lean on, learn from and look up to. As parents, you realize how special it is when your son has good men in his life who genuinely care about the person he is becoming.

Through AAU, Ryder learned how to lead, compete, win, lose, work, listen, get back up and keep going. We found incredible families, friendships and a community—and through so many decisions along the way, we felt God guiding us to exactly where Ryder needed to be.

So today hits a little differently.

Two last games. One last AAU tournament. One last time watching him take the court for a chapter that helped shape so much of who he is.

Lots of miles. Lots of memories. And I would do every single bit of it all over again.

Worth every minute. ❤️🏀

And that last picture? His very first AAU team… coached by his mama. 🥹❤️ Full circle.
