Reviews of the good, bad, and ugly films to add (and avoid) on your watch list
Trust me, not Rotten Tomatoes

Hey y’all! For those of you who know me (which is probably everyone on here at this point) you might know about my ridiculously long list of movies. This consists of over 300 films (which I painstakingly counted recently) that I’ve watched over the past few years, and over 100 “to watch” that I haven’t made my way to yet. This list is organized into sections by genre for movies I have watched, and by run time for those I am yet to watch, and it’s constantly expanding. I used to spend a lot of time (and sometimes still do) searching for the perfect movie to watch that fits my mood, has good reviews, fits in my available time range, etc., so my movie list in the long run has been super helpful for avoiding that. After watching a movie, I usually have a lot to say about its various elements, and recently I found myself writing down some of those into very basic reviews to pair with the film. I love talking about movies, so one of my favorite things is when my friends ask me for recommendations- I love pointing people in the direction towards films I’ve really enjoyed, sharing a basic outline and my attitude surrounding the movie with them, and eventually hearing their thoughts on it as well. I enjoy movie accounts on Instagram because I get to see a lot of interesting behind the scenes clips and some straightforward facts about various flicks, but my biggest gripe with most of those pages is that I wish more individual viewer thoughts were shared beyond just the comments on each post. On this page I hope to include not only a basic blurb overview of each movie, but also my own personal feedback, and a rating on this scale: 🥉🥈🥇🏅🎖(from lowest to highest) cuz I struggle numbering them out of 10. I’ve been wanting to start this account for a while so that I could not only share my own thoughts, but hopefully provide a lot of purposeful recommendations about must see movies to view or deceptive movies to avoid for people searching for what to watch! Thanks for following! + big shout out to @dimauroart for designing a baller logo for this page that already outdoes any possible content I may post-I’m also sharing a couple of the other sweet versions of the logo too

This is a logo I designed today for my sister's movie account she just made, called @to.watch.list . She said she wanted something like the A24 logo, so after a lot of different variations and colors and color schemes this is what I came up with. Considering the fact that I have no experience in typography or designing fonts or logos or anything, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. I like how it's simplistic but professional looking, and it can be somewhat easily identifiable. This is also a shameless promotion for her page, so go check it out.
