You can survive by swallowing your pain,
but you cannot truly live
while choking on everything you never said.

A heart that keeps everything in
eventually forgets what peace feels like,
and bottling up your emotions doesn’t make you stronger—
it only teaches your pain to live inside you.

So don’t let the things you never said
become the walls between you
and the life you deserve.

Not every burden is yours to carry in silence.
Some things must be spoken,
released,
cried out,
and left behind.

For you owe yourself more than survival—
you deserve a life where your heart can breathe,
a life where pain is allowed to leave.

Because sometimes, the life you want
begins with finally admitting
how much the life you’re living has hurt you.

And you must never become a prison
for everything you were meant to release.

Today, I manifest this for myself.

I, Olufunmilayo, release whatever is weighing me down.
I make peace with what I cannot change,
and I choose the life that is still waiting for me.

I have survived enough.

Now, I give myself permission
to TRULY LIVE. 🫶🏻❤️

Today I celebrate myself for a new grace new opportunities, open doors of blessings Insha’Allah 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Happy Birthday to meeee💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 🎂 🍷 🥂 💕💕💕💕💕💕
