Stop waiting for ‘perfection.’ At Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP, we move bold. 🐾

Our Awaken Leadership Training is a hands-on, high-intensity dive into what it actually looks like to lead—on and off the mat.

If you want to sit and take notes, go somewhere else.

If you’re ready to get on the mat, get out of your head, and do the work, the Pack is waiting for you. This isn’t a lecture; it’s an evolution.
We’re not here to give you a binder full of theory.

We’re here to give you the grit, the tools, and the community to wake up your life.

⚡️ Starts NEXT THURSDAY, 1/29. ⚡️ No fluff. No filters. Just raw growth.

This is the final call. Are you in? Click the link in our bio to grab one of the last remaining spots.

🔥 MAJOR CONGRATS to Jill Murphy for saying YES to the AWAKEN Yoga Teacher Training! 🔥 👏 👏

“I decided to do the teacher training because I want a deeper understanding of the Baptiste practice and to show up more fully in our yoga community. I’m excited to challenge myself, build connection, and grow as an ambassador for the studio — and to stay open to the possibility of teaching someday if that’s where the path leads.”
