When the horses pull up with all that horsepower. 🏎️

Can someone help with what particular Ferraris these are. Unfortunately I’m yet to own a car like this but it’s certainly on the horizon.

The original seahorse of Sandbanks 2018 (2026 edit)

8 years ago I unpacked the DJI Spark drone on the sand, taking off sky bound to notice the shape of sandbanks, not even realising just how amazing the sky and sunset was from the ground, resulting in one of my favourite photos 🫡🙏🏼🌅

This is still one of our favourite aerial shots of Sandbanks. It just captures it so well with its unique shape, some call it a “Seahorse” shape which is interesting as lots have been spotted recently within Poole Harbour and also over in Studland Bay. It also shows off our amazing award winning golden sandy beaches as well as far reaching views over towards @shellbayrestaurant (our favourite) and onwards over to the Purbeck Hills and the Jurassic Coast.

Please give @leedimarcophoto a follow who snapped this shot a few years back but who still shoots some incredible images.

Only a few more of these trips left with the Barfleur leaving Poole Harbour / Sandbanks with Brittany Ferries stopping the leg from Poole -Cherbourg.

I don’t know what it is but I have been very fortunate over the years to watch it leave from many waterfront homes on Sandbanks and at different times of the year. The grown of its engines, the shaking of things inside a house sometimes as it goes past from faint vibrations, the noise, the smell, and it’s shear presence, all of which will be missed I’m sure by many.
I’m sure also it will be a big inconvenience for people who use it to commute who will now have to go from Portsmouth instead.

Anyway here is possibly one of our last reels of it before it stops service from Poole in November.

I have put some classics up recently but this is one of the latest supercars from Lamborghini.
Incredible looking car and I believe with a 0-60mph in just 2.8 secs.

Interested to know whether you all prefer seeing classics or modern cars.

For all you supercar enthusiasts and people in the market for one, if you didn’t know there is actually a Lamborghini showroom in Poole now with some great stock.

When we were lucky enough to spot one of the most iconic classic supercars on Sandbanks.

The McLaren F1 is an absolute head turner and an incredible collectors item if you have the money to be able to do so.
