The level in this place just isn’t normal. ⚡️

Look at the footage. Look at the pace, the precision, the relentless work rate. Days like today prove why this mat produces results!!!!

High-level technique meets non-stop intensity. Every single round was pure iron sharpening iron. If you’re not training at this frequency, you’re falling behind.

Standard set. Work done. What’s next? Next is stepping up another level 👊

Late-night rolls need late-night fuel.

If you’re training around Combat Studios Bangkok, Shawarma Corner is a solid post-training stop: beef-forward, fast, affordable, and open late.

“The Man In The Arena”

Came up short the other night. Very disappointed about my performance, but really happy to have had my coaches on my corner and some of the team cheering me

Thanks to the team, all the coaches and everyone that push me and support me every day 🫂

Back on the mat to fix the mistakes and we’ll come back stronger!

@saitiev_74 Words from a legend, with so much meaning behind them.

During the hardest rounds, I remember these words: “Character is not something you simply have. Character must be forged and built within yourself.”

These words give me strength when things get tough. They remind me that character is built in the moments when you want to stop, but choose to keep going.

A true legend doesn’t just speak — he passes his experience and wisdom on to the next generation. 🤼‍♂️🔥
