An Insomniac’s Dreams! Edinburgh fringe was a beast and so exciting. Being able to take audiences down the rabbit hole of my sleepless nights, love for pop culture, and childhood fanfics. My last two shows the audience got really involved and that’s what I’m really trying to do. From the 3rd-5th and the 18th-20th July, we will be cooking an all day seafood feast on the shores of Portobello. With just 12 seats at the table, enjoy an intimate but private shared dining experience, with local brands and businesses filling the menu, and our plates.

With a view of the Firth in the background, we have chosen to focus primarily on ingredients from the sea, complemented by those sourced from the land around Britain.
