INTO THE TREES 🌲 The second half of an epic day, we ventured into Epping Forest to test out @stoxenergy compression socks, and the photos speak for themselves 🔥 The team smashed a half marathon across trail terrain finishing at the always amazing @oystershack_ for a well deserved feast 🦪 📸 @samhodges.co

Mackyard Backyard 24 100KM 11 Hours 39 Minutes 6:56 Avg Pace 2,246m Elevation Went into this thinking I would complete the whole 100 Miles, how wrong I was. DNF on Yard 15 after running 100km. This discipline is more than just running, it’s a mental game. I’m so proud of myself for reaching this milestone distance, I will be back running in circles soon enough. How far can we go is the question? Special thanks @joelygrey to for being the best crew I could ask for, @oliverjamesdavies for pushing me through to 100km and for everyone who rocked up to support. Aswell to @mackyardevents @sportsshoes.outdoors @hoka_eu for putting on such an amazing race event, met some amazing people and achieved my goals. #mackyard #backyardultra #running #ultrarunning

Not all marathons are created equal. Some come after a full night’s sleep. Most don’t. With @stoxenergy the legs hold up even when the rest of you doesn’t. Only Good Company. Only Good Pressure. ⚡

SHOREDITCH HALF 🏁 About 100 fibro flare-ups, 5 race dropouts, 4 injuries, 3 MRIs, 2 doctors telling me I wouldn’t be able to run long distance again, a 2-year hiatus & 1 major surgery later… I fear we are SO back. This race was a great reminder that I can overcome some hard shit, I’m pretty resilient and I’m capable of a lot more than I given myself credit for. Pretty proud of this one. Couldn’t think of a better way to make the comeback than on home turf. Big thank you to @paceofmind_rc and @saucony_eu for the spot 🫶🏼 On to the next 🏃🏻‍♀️ (& perhaps a little break from injuries for the foreseeable would be cute)
