Life After Death. 💀✨🏵️

What lies beyond?

I think Correo 24 has given us a few clues… ✨

We arrived at this house with a map, but without knowing all the paths ahead. We trusted our destiny to the promise of what was yet to come.

The shadows of past death lingered in certain corners. Traces of other lives greeted us from the walls, as if this house still had stories waiting to be told.

And among all those echoes of the past, we came to understand something: sometimes, something must die for something else to bloom.

And oh, how this house has come back to life. 🧡

Today, we invite you to celebrate this new chapter with us.

This Friday, October 30th, we open our doors to share our Día de Muertos installation.

Come, let’s talk about our traditions, raise a cocktail, laugh together, and honor those who came before us.

Because if this house has taught us anything, it’s that death can also be a beautiful way of celebrating life.

Last Saturday, we did a little something. Actually, it was a really big “something” as we celebrated our son, Henry, marrying the love of his life, Dayna. And we got a daughter-in-law!!! YAY!

Three days. Four parties. Who knows how many of pre- and post- parties. Countless laughs. A few tears. Endless joy. Our hearts are full.

Feeling enormous gratitude for everyone who helped make this weekend so special and meaningful. From our family and friends (who qualify as family), you all being there means more to our family than you’ll ever know.

Having the joy of planning this alongside the most talented human being I know and my longtime bestie @toddfiscus at @hsasanmiguel was a true gift. We adore you all @favi_desoto, @gabylandinc, @arielklc!

You are ALL part of Dayna and Henry’s story and are forever a part of the Droese family.

Three days, three different moods, and one celebration that never seemed to run out of beautiful details.

Dayna and Henry’s wedding weekend began at Casa Hyder, in the heart of San Miguel, with an intimate rehearsal dinner shaped by candlelight, heartfelt speeches and the warmth of everyone finally gathered in one place. The following evening, the house shifted into a playful welcome celebration — music, a photobooth, keepsakes and small tastes of Mexico setting the tone for what was still to come. @casadragones became part of that rhythm across all three days, woven naturally into the experience from the first toast to the wedding night.

At @hsasanmiguel , @toddevents and @luceroalvarezplanner brought the full vision of the weekend into focus with the kind of experience and precision that makes even the most complex celebrations feel effortless. The weather may have shifted throughout the day, but the celebration never seemed to — everything simply continued to unfold beautifully.

@team_danipalmakeup.hair gave Dayna a refined, effortlessly elegant bridal look.

@ferdejesus.photo photographed the full weekend in digital and 35mm film, moving between the scale of the production and the quieter, unscripted moments that gave it life. His team also created the wedding content, while @amour_films preserved the celebration in motion.

As daylight faded, Hacienda Santa Ana revealed another side of itself. Florals by @psflowersdesign , architectural light by @brightandlightqro , furniture from @zona8mobiliario and a hand-painted dance floor by @castaliatallermx came together in an immersive setting that grew richer by candlelight.

Through dinner, @lixiesmusic filled the space with extraordinary musicianship and a beautiful voice, making the evening feel even warmer.

Three days, countless thoughtful details, and a wedding that kept revealing another beautiful side of itself.
