Throwing it back to nine years of celebrating Italian American Heritage! For me, this parade has been a beautiful way for us all to come together in celebration of our heritage regardless of political beliefs. It has also been a wonderful way for me to build community through the years and a platform to further my mission of promoting Italian American contributions to music in America. I also do this through my own music and performances and my non-profit @italianamericansinmusic Here’s a look back at my contributions to the parade throughout the years. Last night was special. As Brand Manager to Syreeta Thompson, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape a vision that is much bigger than a brand. Harmonizing Futures is about impact, access, music education and creating opportunities that can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. Watching that vision come alive last night reminded me why I do this work. I’m incredibly proud of Syreeta, grateful to our phenomenal host Omarion, and thankful for every sponsor, partner, creative, production team member, VIP, donor and guest who believed enough to show up, give and support. There were a lot of hands behind what you saw last night, and I’m grateful for every single one of them. But we didn’t do all of this for one night. Now we build what comes next. The FOUNDING 100 will bring together 100 people committed to helping us send more young people to GRAMMY Camp and expand our investment in music education and school music programs in 2027.
