In the water and under the stars ✨ 🌊💜

I couldn’t think of a better way to spend time with the girlies than being stranded on a houseboat surrounded by such beauty 💜❤️

The lagoon was our private swimming pool as we watched the sunset, made a beautiful dinner and lay under stars giggling welllll into the night ✨🥰

I lay awake for hours with my head hanging out the bedroom window just staring at the stars and listening to the water lapping against the boat. 🥰

It was a magical experience for me and the single thing that made this more beautiful was an early morning yoga session and swim. Heart is filled with gratitude. 💜🔮

Happy hump day 😅 How is your week going?

A glimpse of the office/junk room with the view to the first floor landing and loft stairs. Feel like this room will never get finished! All it needs is a desk, chair or even two and wall lights. But can’t order any items until we sort out that batten wall I am dying for 👏 Sadly we are not the savvy DIY’ers and spare time is always an issue, so it would have to be the likes of @thewoodveneerhub panels which I love! Just need to find the time to plan it! 2023? 😂

Anything exciting you have planned? I feel like a low charge robot at the moment, all work, no play 🙈

How is your lovely weekend guys? One down three to go 🙈 But I can’t help think about work on Tuesday already, that’s how sad I am ☺️

Yesterday we spent a fortune on literally a few plants at a local garden centre 🌱 Why are the cool looking plants always so expensive? Check my stories for the wall planter I proudly planted in the dark last night 🙈

Today I wanted to share with you an amazing artist @bee.by.simone who kindly gifted us these super cool hand drawn illustrations 🖤 She recently made a whole series of these for a country house in France and oh my god they look awesome!

Please give Simone a follow and check out her amazing work, these would be a great addition to a gallery wall or as a gift to someone!

Post also contains a super cute previously gifted @vasaglefurniture ladder shelf

ad 🏠 LOCKDOWN MEMORIES 🏠
With all this extra time we have had at home together with our families, have you got something to remember it by? For me, this illustration from @bee.by.simone is the perfect way to remember this chapter in our lives, in a happy way! In lockdown it’s been easy to focus on what we’ve been missing out on, but what is truly important is that the boys, the hubby and I have had each other. This illustration depicts us as a family of bears stood on the doorstep of our home. I really do love it and will be a talking point in our family for many years to come as we reflect on our time in a pandemic.
.
@bee.by.simone can create custom illustrations for you like this one to any style or theme that you may have. There are also ore-drawn illustrations available on the website - I love the London bear collection!

All captured in this beautiful, individual sketch, what a family keepsake💚

Margot really is an incredible lady and artist, she got to know us to be able to put our characters into her drawing, and I got to know her and her attention to detail and kindness while she created this for us 🐝 How lovely it is to have something so personal and special, we have nothing like this and it will be taking pride of place in our home❤️ I cannot recommend @bee.by.simone enough for a special gift or keepsake, it is amazing to have something so unique in your home🤩 Please do check out her page and wonderful designs!❤️ (drawing gifted and opinion my own!🐝)
