Something under the ice wants your kids.

“The Other Ones” is a stop-motion horror short from Jamesie Fournier (@jaimahsee) and Danny Christopher based on the Inuit legend of the Qallupilluq. It began when Fournier dropped a chisel through a hole in a frozen lake.

The film screened during the @toihorrorfest at @eyesore_cinema. You can also catch it next month at the @bitsfilmfest.

”The Waiting Man will leave you feeling unnerved. It has a healthy amount of jump scares that’ll sit with you even after the film credits roll. And the sense of being watched may also linger.” reads the latest article on the Waiting Man.

A big thank you to Ali Zafar at @creepycurrent for covering the films Canadian premiere and of course @toihorrorfest for hosting its Canadian premiere. It couldn’t have happened at a better venue! Sadly we could not attend the festival, but we have seen and heard that it was a fantastic event. We would also like to thank the wonderful audience who experienced the Waiting Man on the big screen. Also a heartfelt thank you for all the great reviews ❤️

PAPER HOUSE is screening at Toronto Indie Horror Fest!
Oct 9, 9:15 PM
At @eyesore_cinema

Everything in the film is made of paper, which means everything feels fragile — easy to bend, easy to tear, yet somehow still trying to hold itself together.
PAPER HOUSE is a stop-motion paper-cut animation exploring control, support, and absence within family relationships.

Directer @lauren.lauren.z
Composer @han.xiao01
Sound designer @charon_zxh1210

Very happy to see PAPER HOUSE on the big screen again. 🖤
