Bookmark @tokimatcha.co because they are soft opening next weekend and will be THE matcha spot of the summer! 💚 Our dear friends behind @teaspoons.co is bringing this adorable matcha trailer to life with specialty matcha drinks, sandwiches and baked goods. We visited them in Richmond today but please give them a follow to see when and where they will pop up! We had the Matcha Matcha, topped with Baiko ice cream and the Toasted Almond Matcha with financier dipped in almond cold foam and WOAH, they were both incredible. I had to stop myself from finishing the drink in one continuous sip. You can expect a stronger, bolder matcha in these drinks and the green just delivers. We also had their grilled cheese with sun dried tomatoes and tuna melt with shiso, and their homemade cinnamon bun which was so soft and gooey!
