Today during the @leglockcamp I got promoted to brown belt in BJJ 🟤

It means a lot to me because the @leglockcamp has had a huge impact on my jiu-jitsu for years.

Thank you, and I’m very grateful 🥹

To jedno z najcięższych, najbardziej wymagających zawodów w Europie.

Potem kolejne obozy, kolejne starty. Do zobaczenia na matach. Elo.

Zdjęcie od Marchewy!

Polish ADCC Championships didn't go the way I wanted.

I wasn't expecting to run through everyone. Call it natural humility, call it self-awareness – either way, this is one of the toughest, most demanding competitions in Europe. One of my first runs at this level, and honestly, I'm still missing that mat time you only get from repetition.

Uncle Fafał let the dogs loose – didn't work out.

Thanks for the corner, Kasia and Bartek. In this sport someone has to lose so someone can win – no drama, we keep moving.

Next up – Leglock in Shanghai. Maybe I'll fix a few things there. Actually, scratch that – I *will* fix things there

More camps, more competition after that. See you on the mats.
