A 72-hour ferment, a lot of patience, and the perfect crunch. 🤌✨
Last week’s event was a masterclass in the art of the “slow living.”

The Stars of the Show:
* The Bread: Our signature bubbly Focaccia. It’s a three-day labour🥖and let’s not forget our multi-seeds homemade sourdough rye bread. (Made using @thesourceputney flours.
* The Luxury: @calvisiuscaviar_official — adding that perfect, silky brine and a touch of gold-standard excellence to the menu. 💎
* The Pasta: Gnocchetti made from scratch and spinach enriched dough for flowers laminated tagliatelle . 🍝 Made using @pollyspetalsuk dried flowers.
*The goodie bags kindly provided by @thesourceputney including lemon pasta & ingredients + recipe to recreate a cacio e pepe at home. Olive oil Maladera from Calabria kindly gifted by @andrea.loria.9
*The Dessert: the Triple Chocolate Panettone was the best panettone I have ever tasted in my life. We also had the best Turkish delights & salted caramel truffles.
*The Microbiome feeder: made the @boldbeanco recipe ever imagined and served red cabbage and celery salad using recipe from @nataliechassay

This is what happens when we stop focusing on the crowd and start focusing on the craft.

Quality over everything.

Ever wondered what actually happens at a Pasta and Play workshop? Here’s the recipe for our private events:

1️⃣ The Setup: We bring the flour, the tools, and the most authentic Southern Italian vibes to your space (or one of our partner venues).
2️⃣ The Play: Under my guidance, you’ll learn to mix, knead, and shape authentic pasta from scratch. No experience needed—just a glass of wine in hand!
3️⃣ The Feast: The best part? Sitting down to enjoy the handmade masterpiece you just created along with the most delicious food you will ever make.

Perfect for birthdays, get together, team building, or just because life is better with pasta. 🍝

How to book:

The truth is... I’ve been so focused on the “how” that I almost missed the “who.”

Yesterday, I shared a conversation that left me speechless. A friend asked why I wasn’t “famous” yet, and the response from all of you was a massive wave of “don’t give up!” 🥺

Honestly? I’m not giving up on anything. Today, standing in the middle of our Galentine Secret Pasta Club, I realized that this—this community, this laughter, and sharing food together and meeting fabulous people —is the only kind of “famous” I’ve ever really wanted.

Maybe things aren’t “picking up” at light speed, but they are picking up exactly the way they’re supposed to: one pasta event at a time. 💖

The place way crying out for a new kitchen and so @wickes took us by the hand and we went on a Kitchen Journey together…..
A massive thanks to:
Tolullah: A design consultant with impeccable style and taste and blessed with the priceless gift of taking my not-so-good ideas and making them great ones all the while making me believe it was still my original idea.

Shuan: The person who pulled the whole shebang together! A reassuring Scottish lilt, a hand on our tiller.

Lukasz: Along with his right hand man installed and transformed the room with precision and care.

Shelley & Chris: I 💙 you.
