Tom was born on October 27, 1977 in the small town of Český Brod near Prague in the Czech Republic. He has been taking photos for about 7 years.

Tom got into photography by accident when he found a small family camera at home, and he never stopped taking photos...

The fascination with photography and expressing himself through its images became an integral part of his life.

He started taking photos of everything around him and learned from his own mistakes. How to work with photography, its light and composition. He started to enjoy it all the more. During this period of discovery, he discovered the photography community and found inspiration in the works of Czech photographers such as Josef Koudelka or Josef Sudek.

Over time, he returned to his heart - landscapes, nature and the influence of man on nature. His love for nature is reflected in his work. While wandering through the mountains and forests, he forgets about everyday problems. Merging with everything around him brings him inner peace, which is also reflected in his photographs.

You can read between the lines in his works. There are hidden personal stories. He often chooses titles that sound like lines from poems. His photographs are melancholic, with a strong element of romanticism. Sometimes you feel the calm before the storm, other times complete harmony and a caress to the soul.
