ONE WEEKEND. FOUR CHALLENGES. ZERO EXCUSES. 🔥

Friday 14 August — HYROX Men’s Open ✅
Saturday — Volunteered at HYROX to give back to the community that keeps pushing me forward 🙏
Sunday 16 August — John Korasie 30km 🏃‍♂️
Then straight back into the pain cave for HYROX Mixed Doubles & Men’s Doubles 🔥

Was it crazy? Absolutely.
Was it worth it? 100%.

Huge shoutout to my @purefittraining family for the constant support, accountability and belief. You guys keep me showing up. 🫶

Thank you @zee.cottle1974 and @tom_msijo for trusting me and allowing me to partner up with you. It was an absolute honour to share the pain and the memories! 🤝🔥
Big shoutout to @aeriasrunning for the sweet gift before race day
