Back in 2022 I designed a bike for @finniles for World Champs that was based on the look of hockey skate marks scratched into the ice. Unfortunately Finn never got a chance to ride that bike because he moved over to the new prototype Demo prior to Worlds that year. Well this year we finally got to bring that design back, and add a little extra something to it. Shinny is such a big deal here in Canada, played on open ponds and lakes all over the country, that I thought it would be cool to freeze maple leaves in the ice like you sometimes see around these frozen bodies of water. With a little help from my dude @isaakman we were able to bring this idea to life once again on the new Demo 11.

I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to @kevjoly for building this and every other bike Finn and I have ever worked on. You’re right Kev, no one is looking at the paint, it’s always the build. You’re the GOAT dude! Enjoy your next chapter, you’ll be missed at the races.

I’ve wanted to make this bike for a long time, and thanks to a lot of people and a lot of hard work we were finally able to do it in a way that can stand up to the abuse of a downhill bike. A true mirror effect on carbon that isn’t brittle and delicate but rather robust and durable. It’s something we’ve been aiming towards for a long time and there is no better person to put it under than @loicbruni29.

This bike wouldn’t exist without the hard work for @kylemannschreck @isaakman and @seannexlab. These dudes went above and beyond every step of the way with this one.

Massive thank you to Seb Schieck, @billy_lebelge and @yoseal.jpeg for the great photographs of this rig.

It’s really an honour to get to design the liveries for these bikes and I’m stoked the world gets to see them with the best racers on earth.

Some more custom Demo 11’s for the Gravity DH Team! @tombriggs designed this for @finniles with the vision of making the frame look like an ice rink, that has maple leaves frozen underneath 🇨🇦 I always love making these crazy ideas come to life and seeing everyone’s reactions up in Whistler last weekend, made this one all that more special.

Canadian football is unmatched as we enter the final stages of CanChamps, the NSL, and the CPL.

The Impact held strong on home soil, taking down Muller and top-ranked Vancouver FC to cement their place in the final. MLS vs. CPL: Can Forge FC make history, or will another MLS team lift the silverware again?

Alexis Sanchez and his CF Montreal teammates came west to the dome and left with a one all draw. Don’t let the scoreline fool you though, this game had it all. The Chilean fans and the Southsiders brought the energy and almost blew the roof off. The roof did stay on but sprung a few leaks in the second half from all the tension.

Built in 1956, with its concrete terraces and understated architecture, the Stadio Regionale di Giarre hosts the UISP Championship Final between San Berillo and Adrano.

For more than seventy years, UISP has promoted sport as a universal right and a tool for social inclusion.

San Berillo is a young club, founded in the historic Catania neighbourhood of the same name with the aim of bringing street football back to life—the kind of football that once filled the city’s squares, turning every open space into a pitch.

It is a project that extends beyond the game itself, deeply rooted in the neighbourhood and its community.

The team arrives in Giarre backed by its supporters. The curva is more than just a section of the stadium; it is where a shared identity takes shape.

The bond between the players and their fans is evident from the opening minutes.
