@tomearlyy dropping golden nuggets!

I was one of those goofballs

Some will find this contradictory to my most recent viral post, but in the end, it's still a game, so don't take it too seriously.

Parents come to me and always say "ya it seems to be all mental."

Then they proceed to pay for physical lessons. You must put in the work for your mind, as well.

As @tomearlyy shares here, he didn't know it until he put in the work, and now he leaves it up to God, as he now has ultimate faith in the work he's done to get where he's at.

If you're not grounded in faith, that's okay too. This is just Tom's way of grounding himself, the important part is that he DID THE WORK!

If you or your athlete isn't willing to put in the work, you're just going to constantly hear "just let it go!" "Flush it" "be mental tough" and you're never going to figure out the tools. Some of you will, but most won't, and then you'll tell stories about how your coach hated you and it was the fault of something outside of your control.

NOBODY CARES! Do the work!

Be like Tom...
