POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One of my most successful customers, Jim—a business owner who owns multiple companies—recently suggested an idea that got my wheels turning. Through my window cleaning biz, I already work on some incredible homes.

Now I’m developing a service that brings together a property walkthrough with a qualified inspector, a clear picture of maintenance needs, and connections to professionals who can help.

From window and roof cleaning to junk removal and referrals for repairs and remodeling, the goal is to help homeowners understand what needs attention and find the right people to call.

If you’re a contractor, inspector, real estate professional, or service business owner, I’d love your feedback and the opportunity to build connections. Send me a DM with what you do and the areas you serve. Let’s connect and explore how we can work together!

POV: the cabin is booked, the guests are happy, and you never answered a single message. 🏔️

We build it, book it, and manage it.

One lot, with two homes = twice the bookings. 🏡🏡

We make these decisions and execute on these beautiful builds to make sure our investors get paid, and trust us when we say they do.

Our newest build is officially finished. 🗝️

Three Rivers, CA. Minutes from Sequoia National Park.

A 3 bed, 3 bath main house plus a private guest house, built from raw land around the reason people come here in the first place: giant trees, cold rivers, and slow mornings with a view.

And it's already fully booked for the first 2 months.

Building a great short-term rental starts long before the first guest ever walks through the door.

We spend a lot of time thinking about the destination, who is coming there, what they want from the trip, and what will make them choose our property over the hundreds of other options available.

That’s where the real work happens.

The design, layout, amenities, views, and overall experience all have to work together. Because a property can look great, but if it doesn’t give guests a reason to choose it, the design doesn’t mean much.

That’s the approach we take with every build at Blue Key.
