July was a MONTH! Beautiful, heartbreaking, expansive, frightening. I felt all the emotions. I feel so lucky to have spent a week in Tofino near Vancouver with two of my closest friends going back 20 years. Life keeps flowing, time keeps passing, but at our core, we stay who we are and always were. Our relationship to self evolves, and hopefully we arrive at a place greater self-acceptance (or at least try to!). This year has been a gift in many ways after many years of struggle and loss, and I’m working on enjoying and appreciating the gifts. The beautiful connections, music, people, opportunities, and furry friends 🌎

Celebrating Dad’s 90th birthday surrounded by family feels especially meaningful. In our culture, longevity is the greatest fortune, and today we honor a life rooted in resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering love for his family.

May there be continued health, peace, and many more joyful years ahead. 🥂
