We did it! Pinch me!

TODAY WE RELEASE TWO ALBUMS!

'Community Choir: The Musical' Original Cast Recording (Southside Cast & Northside Cast versions) 🩷🩵

✨️LINKS IN BIO✨️

These albums have been completely self-funded by me. If you like them, I would love you to not only stream them but consider buying them on Bandcamp - a great platform for independant musicians, like me.

These albums would not be possible without the recording, mixing, producer-ing magic of @stevethornelyproducer and the exquisite original guide tracking and stage show music direction by @tonydeanmusic !

This entire project would not be possible without @brisbanefestival & the incredible @cheeptrillmusic team - @bossy_eats_chocolate , @mollyy.keen , Tony Dean, @l_auva , @lucindaisbelofficial , a very long list of volunteers, and our hilarious, magnificent, inspiring director, @belindaraisin !

🎶Full credits listed on the digital albums. 🎶

Hope to see you at a show (23 - 26 Sept, La Boite Theatre)

The 3 piece band for ‘Community Choir: The Musical’ is BACK in rehearsals with Tony Dean on drums 🥁 (& our Music Director), Richard Thayil on keys 🎹, and Tom Collins on bass guitar 🎸

Our band will be on the La Boite stage during the performance - in fact, they will be up high on a perch, looking over us like rock n' roll gods, it will be a sight to behold...

🎟️ got your tickets yet? If not, head to Brisbane Festival’s website and search “choir” (or link in bio)

The countdown is on.
Two albums.
Two casts.
Two choirs.
One sh*t hot band.
Hundreds of jazz hands.
Ten songs x 2.

That's a lot of maths.

But, don't worry. All you need to know is:

💞' Community Choir: The Musical' 💞
Original cast(S!) recording
FULL ALBUM(S!)

---Coming 1 September---

[Video starring the magnificent, flamboyant, and talented Lucy Sweeney ( @migalu23 ) as 'Spirit Of The Song' Northside Cast]

I feel so excited, proud, happy, emotional, and fizzy to announce I am releasing two albums on 1 September 2026. 🩷🩵

✨️PRE-SAVE LINK IN BIO✨️

'COMMUNITY CHOIR: THE MUSICAL' (Southside OG Cast recording)

'COMMUNOTY CHOIR: THE MUSICAL' (Northside OG Cast Recording)

Featuring:
🎶 10 epic songs
🎹 A killer band - @tonydeanmusic (MD), @richardthayil , @toms.collin & yours truly.
🎭 11 Lead Characters x 2 Casts
🎼 A group of choir nerd sopranos, altos, tenors & basses

A little bit more:

These albums were a labour of pure love, dedication, and hardwork with an immense payback of joy, connection, and friendship.

My goal was all about capturing the show's music sung by the original performers of this wild and crazy Musical I wrote - something that we could show our friends, families, and forever say... "Hey remember that time we performed in that Musical about a choir?" And instead of it being a faint memory, we hobble up to our record collection and put it on for a wiggle and a listen.

(In my imagination there is no Spotify... just records)

Special thanks to our dear, spectacularly talented and hardworking friend, @stevethornelyproducer who recorded all the leads, choir and band in the studio and mixed them together with some original guide track magic that @tonydeanmusic recorded. None of this would have been possible without these two brilliant humans.

So, as of 1 Sept, you can listen to ALL the songs in preparation for the live shows at Brisbane Festival between 23-26 Sept, La Boite. Hope to see you there. Thank you for supporting independant musis, theatre, and art. We really need you. ⭐️

Sledgehammer arranged by @toms.collin played live in Beijing in March 2026. This was our very last song in our last show of the tour. What a way to end the tour!

Bit of a late post of what was an absolute blast touring China with “The Leading Voices of Musicals” in March.

Twenty shows across six cities making music with the best of the best. It was such a privilege and blessing to perform with you all 🫶🎶.
