SIMPLE SESSION STREET SERIES 2026 🏁 in Riga was a movie! 🎥🇱🇻

Dodging a massive storm meant moving our Ziemeļu Street jam a day early. We missed teaming up with @riga_open_wall, but pulling up to Sarkandaugava unannounced turned the block into a wild, impromptu street party! ⚠️🚧🔊

Shoutout to the locals who hyped us up, and apologies to the residents whose quiet afternoon we kind of hijacked. Pure, unfiltered street energy!

The madness didn’t stop there — epic premieres at @zefirs.riga (heavy edits from @kristskanuks, @caseycased & @chris_tilk filmed by @willwiththecamera), @madarsapse skate jam, plus Game of Bike / Street Jam at @thespotcenter & by the @daile.lv Theatre! Riga, you never disappoint. 🙌❤️

What a week! The #SIMPLESESSIONCREW absolutely crushed it again! 💪 Simple Session Street Series in Tallinn & Riga was one for the books! 🇪🇪🇱🇻

It started ‘simple’ and glorious with the jam at @Baltahoov — went off flawlessly, in flying colors. Then we had to cancel Tallinn’s real street jam due to wet conditions, but had a really great time at @wambola_surf / @oodhouses sauna instead.

From there on, we’re borrowing our favourite Finnish word: “SISU” — meaning PERSE VERANCE – never giving up (shout out to @ismocomedy). Because that’s exactly what the team did. Everyone was so focused on getting everything done and finding solutions. 💪

🌪️ The biggest storm of the decade rolled through Latvia last weekend, and it still didn’t stop us. Simple Session can now add “amateur meteorologist” to the job title — refreshing five different weather apps, six times an hour, hunting for a rain-free windows to get the street sessions rolling.

Everything shifted after that: we ran Riga’s BMX jam a day early on Friday evening, our partner @riga_open_wall Street Art Festival moved to Sunday, and we slotted the @MadarsApse skate jam in alongside it. And it all went awesome!

The final Riga’s real street jam turned into a Game of BIKE at @thespotcenter + street jam mashup by the @daile.lv theater, closing out the wild week on a high note.

And of course, we can’t forget the crazy parties and absolutely unforgettable movie premieres.

Big up to all the riders, media, the crew, fans, sponsors, and volunteers! We beat the rain and pulled everything off against all odds! And we must say it was one of our favourite Sessions ever! Big love to the Session family. ❤️🚌💙

Stay tuned for the documentary to drop on @FUEL.TV 🎬
