The last few months have been pretty tough, I have been doing some serious soul searching and have been addressing a lot of suppressed emotion. I know I am my own worst enemy but just looking through my Instagram portfolio I am reminded that I am also pretty bad ass. 💥

I worked hard, really hard and was lucky enough to be part of some incredible collaborations. I had some incredible people have have supported me on my journey and just thought I’d say thank you! And that I hope you all know who you are! I couldn’t of done it without your support.

I’ve had a year of trying new things and have decided to start a new business which I will be introducing in the next few weeks.
The most important thing this time round is looking after myself. I made myself pretty ill before and now looking back I can see it! I look ill! So going forward it’s all about being more balanced, more Centred. •
