Looking back at a wonderful event last November. The brief was a sophisticated and elegant, 60th Birthday party for a special lady, at her remarkable home. ✨

The guest of honour had a special request for us to perform ‘At Last’ after watching a video of us performing that song at another event. We did a private performance of ‘At Last’ for her and her lovely husband before the guests arrived 🩷

We continued playing an evening of Jazz and Swing whilst the canapés and cocktails flowed, just as they’d asked until . . . nearer the the end of the evening, they decided they wanted to boogie - big time 💃🏻 . We played the longest encore we’ve ever played. A solid 45 minutes of ‘one more song’ and we just kept going with banger after banger. I think we ended the night with Abba’s Dancing Queen. It was such an epic party and we had so much fun. 🪩

The entire event was beautiful and expertly planned by @planned2perfection as always . Captured wonderfully by @greghammondphotography and we had a fabulous. time. Thank you for having us 🖤
