Let me tell you about my friend Tom.

Some time ago I was connected with Tom through a couple who I helped purchase a home. We set up a home search but Tom wasn’t ready to “jump in” until some personal hurdles were crossed.

When he gave the green light we started touring homes and were outbid on more than one.

I gave Tom my best “Don’t worry! There’s a home for everyone and everyone gets the home they’re meant to have” speech and we pressed on.

Finally, a condo in the perfect location hit the market and we put a kickass offer together.

After several days of anticipation, knowing showings were still happening and offers were still coming in we finally got the call that we won. Tom got the house 🎉

We successfully negotiated credits for repairs and outdated mechanicals and then a price reduction for a slightly low appraisal. 💪

Thank you, @tomthebach for the opportunity to get to know you and support you in the home buying process!! I genuinely appreciate your resilience in this competitive market and look forward to connecting with you in the future.

An even bigger shout out to @madsam99 for not only trusting me with his own home purchase but also with his friends. Your support of my business through your referrals is genuinely appreciated and means more to me than I can express in words. THANK YOU!!

If you are reading this and have any questions at all about buying, selling, or investing in real estate I’m here for you.

Maisy is adopted! I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to land than with @lbendure and @tomthebach

Maisy, now Luna, has a playful big Husky brother and will enjoy daily walks, couch cuddles rooting on all the Columbus sports teams and chasing squirrels in a big backyard.

It has been a pleasure to foster this sweet girl and now she is truly home 🥰
