The Exhale, where it all began and is still the place that brings me back to why I fell in love with breathwork in the first place.

No idea what I’m talking about?

The Exhale is a fortnightly gathering I hold for my community and the legends who hear about it through word of mouth. It’s a space where we create room to feel, breathe, and release.

A place to connect with like-minded legends who have chosen to do the open-hearted thing of actually feeling their emotions.

I started it 2.5 years ago, and it’s as much a reminder for me as it is for those who come along.

Show up.
Connect.
And remember the power in each breath.
