Nads was right about September (she’s always right - scroll to the end to see what I mean ☺️)

A super crazy month, but one full of so much love.

From producing my first musical, to teaching my first permanent Pilates blocks, to performing in my first heels showcase, to my sister’s 21st, to seeing my own patients at the GP clinic, to taking my dad and boyfriend to their first hot mat class, to going away for the long weekend with my Oma, and it goes on.

Thank you to all the people that made it so special - my family, my friends who supported me and gave me a bathhouse voucher attached to my flower bouquet (they know their girl needs to be forced to rest sometimes!!), my amazing dance coach Kei, and girls who are now my dance sisters for life, my boyfriend who drove me out of town for day trips to clear my head, everyone in MedRevue (I couldn’t have asked for a better crew or better show) and so many others; including patients I had at the clinic and students in the studio who lifted me up with their kind words and beautiful prescence.

So yeah, it was pretty crazy… and it only slows down enough for me to actually study for exams lmao

brb gotta lock in
xx Col

Meet our first addition Tannah. An Event Instructor 🤍🪩

Tannah brings a radiant and warm energy to Atlas.
She’s crazy, she’s fun she’s bubbly but most of all, she cares so deeply about people and helping to make movement something people to FEEL good rather than chase an aesthetic.

Book an event and you might just meet our girl there! 👀
