“We did it better.”

Not because others aren’t doing good work. Because we challenged ourselves to rethink what an afterschool music program could look like.

For us, “better” means refusing to underestimate our students.

We set the bar high. They keep meeting it.

It was a pleasure speaking with @wrthapp and @tribaja.co about the intersection of creative arts and technology. The work we do through @amiforall overlaps in so many ways, from expanding access and developing young creatives to preparing the next generation for opportunities across music, media, and technology.

Take a POV look at how our 2026 CIX event turned out! 👀🎮

From the first setup to the final moments, it was incredible seeing over 700+ attendees come together to explore esports, technology, coding, creativity, and community.

Huge thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, partnered with us, and helped make this event possible. We can't wait to show you what's next. 🚀💙

I’m a Texas boy, but South Florida has a special place in my heart!

One of the greatest blessings of moving here has been the people I’ve met and the opportunity to play a small part in the lives of so many incredible young people.

What I love most is that the relationship doesn’t always end when the workshop, keynote, or program is over. I get to stay connected. I get to watch students graduate, get their first job, go off to college, start businesses, earn promotions, play sports at the next level, and chase dreams that once felt far away.

To every student I’ve had the privilege of meeting, just know I’m rooting for you.

I love seeing you win.

I love seeing you grow.

I love seeing you become the person you’re capable of becoming.

And if you ever feel like nobody is cheering for you, know that you have at least one person in your corner.

I’m cheering for you.

Thank you, South Florida, for welcoming me, trusting me, and allowing me to be part of so many amazing journeys. The impact has been just as meaningful on me as I hope it has been on those I’ve served.

The best is still ahead. ❤️
