🌱 KEEP PUSHING UNTIL YOU BREAK THROUGH!

Every seed planted has the potential to grow, but not every seed makes it to the surface.

Life is no different. Sometimes you’re buried under pressure, surrounded by darkness, and facing obstacles nobody else can see.

But just because nobody sees your growth doesn’t mean you’re not growing! 💯

The difference between being buried and being planted is what happens next.

Keep growing. Keep pushing. NEVER GIVE UP! Your breakthrough is coming! 💛🖤

That small but proud nation might not have enough money to pay its players what they deserve, but I guarantee you one thing: its people know the sacrifices you make to represent their country. You’re not just playing for money. You’re playing for your people, your culture, your blood, and your pride. They see you coming home to represent not only your country, but your parents, your grandparents, and the ancestors who came before you. And believe me, they will ALL show up because they know you’ve sacrificed everything for them. They’ll stand behind you until the very end. 🇹🇴❤️

315 LBS TO 205. 110 LBS DOWN. 🔥

I fast. I train. I eat with purpose. I keep showing up.

This journey took time, discipline, and consistency. Every walk, every workout, every better choice added up.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m still going. This is my lifestyle.

Start where you are. Work with what you have. Keep showing up.

SHOW EVERYONE THAT YOUR MOM DIDN’T RAISE A QUITTER. 💪
